Simple classic lesson plan template:   sample      blank template

Detailed lesson plan for a 40-minute ESL lesson plan, including lesson aim, domain, benchmark, motivation, procedure, teaching way (frontally, group or individually) and the pace of every part of the lesson. The lesson consists of five parts, every part described in details like in the Teacher's Handbook. Syllabus for one semester template:   sample      blank template

Template of general syllabus plan for ESL lessons during one semester with the description of teaching points; grammar, reading and other skills to be taught. Part B presents grading system for a final semester mark. The syllabus can be sent to students for better understanding of the compiled semester mark.

Single unit planner:   sample      blank template

If the textbook you are using is divided into units, you will probably need a detailed ESL lesson unit planner. Here it is, a ready-to-use table with dates, days of the week, lesson topics, short lesson description, textbook pages and other materials mentioned. This single unit planner is excellent for designing and planning topics to be taught in the class, and for using it again with another classes, in another time. Lesson log template:   sample      blank template

Lesson log template looks similar to the unit planner - but that's "what really happened". It's not a plan, it's a log of the lessons that were taught during a period of time. You'll see what did you manage to do, and which topics needed more time. It's a great help for beginning teachers as a reflective material. This lesson log is also perfect for keeping record of private lessons, or it can be a part of the teacher's class journal. Download simple English lesson log template and use it in your work!

Test report template:   sample      blank template

Professional teacher keeps all the marks in order, especially the test results. This template helps to organize English test results on one page, with a detailed background, aims and sources of the test. The results are represented in a graded table, allowing to see the distribution of the marks according to the level, from the passing mark to 100 (or other custom value). Very simple and clear, this printable test report can be used at school meetings and for an overall evaluation of the group level in English.

Checked monthly teacher's journal template:   sample      blank template

It looks like a page detached from the teacher's class journal, with an evenly divided table for names and lesson dates. Designed for every month, the teacher's journal template can be stapled and used as a whole journal; or as an addition to the existing one. You can mark students' presence or put marks. Under the table there's a place to add notes.
